A decade of unsurpassable service I am now driving my 4th Acura. I have had an Integra GS, a TSX, a TL SH-AWD and now a MDX SH-AWD. I have worked with JJ at Bradshaw Acura in Greenvill I am now driving my 4th Acura. I have had an Integra GS, a TSX, a TL SH-AWD and now a MDX SH-AWD. Wonderful experience at Bradshaw Acura in Greenville, SC We first met Shannon Ninan at the car show in Greenville, SC a few months ago. We were just starting to search for a new vehicle and wanted to see ev We first met Shannon Ninan at the car show in Greenville, SC a few months ago. We were just starting to search for a new vehicle and wanted to see everything - all under one roof. All the car dealers there were courteous and knowledgable. We met nice people and learned a lot about many different vehicles. But Shannon stood out. He showed us the Acura RDX, pointed out all its features, and gave us his opinions on many aspects of the car. He won our trust. We were ready to proceed with our car purchase last week, and there was no doubt where we would go and who we would talk to. Others joined in and talked with us too. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. We are picking up our new Acura RDX today, and we look forward to working with the very nice and experienced service department for many years to come. More

No Hassles Just Good Old Fashion Customer Service I bought my last Acura, a 2004 TSX, 12 years ago from Bradshaw Acura. I had a good experience. When I got ready to buy a purchase a new Acura I was I bought my last Acura, a 2004 TSX, 12 years ago from Bradshaw Acura. I had a good experience. When I got ready to buy a purchase a new Acura I was a little skeptical that I would have the same experience twice. My wife and I stopped in to Bradshaw to take a look at the RDX. After window shopping a bit Ken Hucker introduced himself and asked if he could help. We asked a few questions and could tell right off the bat that Ken was not you average salesman. Ken extremely was courteous and knowledgeable. We took a test drive, ask Ken a few more questions and told him we were just looking. There were no questions such as "how much a month do you want to pay" nor was there any pressure to come inside "let's see what we can do". Ken simply gave us his card and thanked us sincerely for coming and told us if he could anything more to let him know. I returned two weeks later after doing a little homework comparing prices and made an offer. Ken and the sales manager JJ accepted the offer. Again no hassle, no pressure. The best experience I've had buying a car. More

Bradshaw's Amazing Customer Service. My wife and I were shopping for a new car on Saturday afternoon March 26th. Ken Hucker met us in the parking lot and asked if he could be of assistanc My wife and I were shopping for a new car on Saturday afternoon March 26th. Ken Hucker met us in the parking lot and asked if he could be of assistance. We said yes and told him that we were looking to purchase a late model MDX, but not sure which package we wanted. He walked us around the show room and explained the differences, and took us on a test drive to demonstrate the features. We informed him the range of payments that were within our budget and selected a 2015 MDX with Technology package which had 16,000 miles. Since we were trading in a car and didn't have it with us, he agreed to hold the car until I could bring it up on Monday to determine the trade in value. We filled out preliminary paper and after meeting with him on Monday morning we agreed to buy the car. Ken stated that they would send out the financing offer to a number of banks to see who would come back with the best rate. A few hours later Ken called and gave us the final rate and payment information. Eric Sanders, business Manager called and went over the information and said we could pick the car up Tuesday afternoon. Eric was very professional and nice to deal with as we signed the paperwork. Once signing the documents Ken spent about an hour helping going over all the technology features, linked our phones to the car and help set up some XM and FM radio stations. Truly the best customer service we have ever experienced at Bradshaw Acura. If you're looking for a outstanding and knowledgeable car salesman I would highly recommend that you go see Ken Hucker!! More

Great experience at Bradshaw Acur I actually visited Bradshaw Acura last summer. I talked with Ken Hucker. I was just seeking info about new Acuras. Ken kept in touch w/me over the course of the fall. Never pushy. I visited again in Feb. of 2016, ready to take the step forward. I traded in my '12 Acura TL Advance for a new '16 TLX Advance. The experience was great. The car purchase experience was the best I have ever been through. From A to Z, from Ken to JJ (sales manager), to the finance administrator, it was great. They did not have the color combo I wanted, nor could they find it in their channel. The factory was going to have to produce it. But Ken, JJ and staff kept looking and found one in another state, had it shipped in factory wrapping, and delivered to me in about a week from my initial visit. Loving it. I do plan on using Bradshaw in the future. More

Ken Hucker at Bradshaw Acura was very accommodating, working with our schedule to test drive the RDX and MDX. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative in an easy-to-understand way regarding all aspects of of both vehicles, including financing options. Ken was also available and very patient to answer any additional questions we thought of over several days and several phone calls. He is both professional and personable. Once we made our decision on the MDX, the purchasing process was quick and easy. There seems to be great helpfulness and cooperation among the staff at Bradshaw Acura, which we appreciated. There were no costly surprises and no pressure. It all ran smoothly. During the delivery of our new vehicle, Ken was very thorough, patiently explaining all aspects of the operation of our new MDX.
