Made an appointment to swap out dead battery (under warranty). Drove an hour to the appointment just to find out they didn’t have a battery !!! No one called to reschedule. The blame was placed on Kati warranty). Drove an hour to the appointment just to find out they didn’t have a battery !!! No one called to reschedule. The blame was placed on Katie, who was off that day. The appointment was made 5 days earlier and I was told they DID have the battery in stock, so how this happened is beyond comprehension. It was another hour to drive home. It’ll be another 2 hours driving both ways when I go back. I wasted my time and lots of gas to get nothing but frustrated from these service people. I truly hope this is not a common occurrence!! More
