Excellent quality service. I like the way they back up their work. You may have to say what you want done 2 or 3 times (on phone and in person and maybe in person again), but t I like the way they back up their work. You may have to say what you want done 2 or 3 times (on phone and in person and maybe in person again), but the service will be done correctly and backed up if something does go wrong. Ken Hope is passionate about the service he delivers. He was having issues with his laptop or notebook, not quite sure why that was even needed to have service done on my vehicle. That process could definitely be improved. Overall - satisfied. More

2nd Opinion Delt with a local repair shop and didn't get the answers we were looking for. Dropped off the van for a 2nd opinion and glad we did. Confirmed one concern and gave us another idea for the repair. The other was a flashing check engine light. The other shop started telling us it could be about 7 things and when they said head gasket I knew it was time to run. Ken and the crew did their due diligence to check everything, and when they were done making sure all the connections were tight, the flashing light was gone. Thanks alot! More
