I’ve been a user of Ewalds for decades. I bought my Malibu from them 13 years ago and always went there for servicing of that vehicle. Previous to that I’ve had other GM vehicles serviced I bought my Malibu from them 13 years ago and always went there for servicing of that vehicle. Previous to that I’ve had other GM vehicles serviced there as well. I keep coming back for their prompt service, accurate diagnosis and quality workmanship. Recently I purchased a 2025 Trax from them … expecting the great service to continue. I was not disappointed! Upon walking the car lot, I was met by Jennifer Cotteleer who upon introducing herself asked if she could be of help. And boy, was she!! She was a great listener to my wishes and directed me to the Trax. She easily and accurately explained the features, answered all my questions and accompanied me on a test drive. From her introduction to the final purchase of the Trax she was professional and knowledgeable in all her dealings and offered some fun, easy conversations along the way. She was excellent…something I would expect from Ewalds!! She’s “a keeper!!” More

The service manager, Jason was awesome. He cleared up a service record that had some missing information. As always Ken Hirn was personable and accommodating. Mike, the finance manager was informative and helpful but wouldn't budget on the service contract pricing which left a bad taste in my mouth because it was too high. I probably shouldn't have taken it. Overall, I would recommend Ewald to family and friends. More
