After the test drive, he broke down the entire price for the vehicle which included the available rebates and the trade in value for our Impala. When we came in to pick up the new Cadillac there were no surprises, the price we owed was exactly what he quoted. Alex Serina was great and walked us through all of the features on the new Cadillac.
