Patrick is an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to do business with! We special ordered a new Silverado, he kept me informed with an ETA throughout the build and once the truck came in taking delivery of business with! My wife and I have been buying all of our new Cadillacs from Buzz Chew for the last 12 years. We have two cars and usually trade in one every three years. That means we’ve had a lot of experience with this from Buzz Chew for the last 12 years. We have two cars and usually trade in one every three years. That means we’ve had a lot of experience with this outstanding GM dealership - sales and service. I was there last week for routine service on our 2019 XT5 and as usual, was most pleased with everyone and everything. The week before we purchased a new XT6 and traded in our 2018 CT6. And we couldn’t have had more personal attention throughout the entire transaction. We can’t imagine automobile life without the people at Buzz Chew! More
