I spent the day working wit I arrived at the dealership having had a conversation or two with Mr. Kelleher and one of his staff, Ms. Lisa DiCostanzo. I spent the day working with a variety of staff who were responsible for all the details of ensuring that I received a dependable vehicle that would take me through future winters with ease and keep me on the road to do my pro bono work. By that afternoon, I was test driving a great vehicle -- and I was still expecting something to go wrong like it always did, but NO WAY! Dave said he was my dealer but I just didn't know it, and HE WAS RIGHT! I was treated with respect, everyone was kind and friendly, and they assisted me with every question I had.
