Den of thieves, bad customer service. four hour wait for diagnostic.. too many labor hours. Very absurd prices in general. I would never consider go back to this place. I was given temporary plates for 30 days. Because of a dealer mistake two weeks after the expiration date I still do not have my registration and because of that I haven’t driven my vehicle i Because of a dealer mistake two weeks after the expiration date I still do not have my registration and because of that I haven’t driven my vehicle in two weeks. And because of that, I’ve been stuck in New York for three extra weeks when I live in South Carolina. And The dealer has poor communication and is not rectifying the situation. In the two weeks, I had to spend well over my car payment in order to get around to work in a timely manner because of that my budget is not well. More

We never received a second key fob when purchasing the vehicle. I spoke to Gary who told me that he can get me a second fob and it would only be $160 and that was all nothing else. He failed to tell me th vehicle. I spoke to Gary who told me that he can get me a second fob and it would only be $160 and that was all nothing else. He failed to tell me that I had to pay for programming the fob which was over $300. To make matters even worse the key machine was done so I now have a fob but a blank key. This experience was unacceptable. Totally disappointed with the service that I received. More
