One Word “Amazing”! The level of customer service, professionalism and courtesy is unlike any other experience I have encountered in any vehicle purchase. To provide a The level of customer service, professionalism and courtesy is unlike any other experience I have encountered in any vehicle purchase. To provide a little more context. I have been considering purchasing a Tesla for some time. I came across a 2022 Tesla Model 3 online at their dealership. From the moment I called you can tell the receptionist enjoys working there just simply by the tone in her voice. She politely transferred to Michael Vasquez a sales representative. The level of professionalism when speaking to me over the phone it was apparent he is an experienced sales professional (13 years with Jarret Ford), and I mean this as a compliment at the highest level. Professionally I have trained thousands of sales people but very few can achieve the level of being a professional. Michael took this time to field all my questions and give me the confidence that I would like to come see the car in person. As an executive for local company, scheduling a visit let alone negotiating a deal isn’t usually that easy. How ever Michael was extremely accommodating and maintained great communication even via text throughout the day while I’m in meetings. We structured a deal that was beneficial to both parties without anyone feeling like they got the short end of the stick (okay maybe me, lol). I got the financing from my local credit union and I was able to simple bring a draft when I came to pick up the car. Michael, was off on the only day I could come sign and pick up the vehicle. He arranged everything for me and ask Kelwing Natale (4 years with Jarrod Ford) assist me in the final step. Wow, this experience continues to getting better. I had a short window to get everything signed and take delivery of the vehicle due to our schedule (wife and myself). Kelwing met us outside as we pulled in walked us through the new car and took my trade. He walked us through the paperwork. We had two small hiccups on missing floor mats and charger plug. However, Kelwing came in on the back end of this and he still was able to get everything resolved rather quickly and to our satisfaction. Truly Impressive! He took us to the normally dreaded finance manager/closer. Let me tell you Joseph Grubb (8 years with Jarrod Ford) the finance brought it home for the team. He was extremely professional, very calming and warm tone of voice and presence in a time for normally something that usually is stressful for most people. It’s hard to believe that a dealership like this still exists in today’s car market. It no reason why this a 5 Star Review even a week later after my purchase. I waited to give this review until two things occurred. 1. To determine how is there follow up considering I was waiting for a Cash Back Check to be drawn up for me to pick up. 2. Waiting for the excitement of my new car to level off and be able to provide the most accurate review pre and post sale! I even reach out to the team for another vehicle for family member. Special Thanks to the Jarret Gordan Ford Team and to the owner of dealership it’s amazing to see and hear employees love working for your organization and they all stated the feel like they are part of a family not an employee. Howeve is my sales rep Kelwing Natale. I have bought several new cars in the past and always found it a little difficult to deal with the dealership. However, this time because of my sales rep Kelwing the process was smoother than I’ve ever experienced in the past. Kelwing took the time to not only explain everything to me, but to show me the various intricacies of the vehicle I bought an all of the different buttons what they did and so forth. I can clearly say I will recommend him in the future with any of my friends that are looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln product . And because of him and the entire staff there at Jarrett Gordon, I will be taking my vehicle there for servicing all the time, even though I have a closer dealership to my home. More
