UPDATE NO ONE INCLUDING THE GM AND CEO WANTED TO TRY TO WORK ON A COMPROMISE and Courtney who responded below didn't reply to my email I sent her, so I am taking del of our 25 Sorrento SX from Nalley Kia i WORK ON A COMPROMISE and Courtney who responded below didn't reply to my email I sent her, so I am taking del of our 25 Sorrento SX from Nalley Kia in the morning. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ so it doesn't happen to you!!! WE worked on a 25 Sorrento and decided on an EX-Hybrid. I text the sales rep the window sticker on the trade, couple of pics as well as the sales sheet from another dealer showing the number they put on the trade and just needed them to match it as my wife didn't like the color so there would be no issues or confusion on the trade or the finance number we needed to be at. We got to agreeable finance numbers and since it was such an aggressive deal they didn't want to send a sales sheet with the breakdown so it couldn't be shopped to other dealers so we agreed it would be sent after we were approved. I submitted my credit app which was a hard pull on my credit and they sent the sheet which was SIGNED by the manager. I looked it over and noticed they had the wrong trade on the sheet, so I immediately made them aware and after they corrected the error, they told me that they couldn't put the needed number on the trade so sorry deal was off we were way too far apart. I have several questions the first how do you make that mistake on the trade when I again text the window sticker, pics and the sale sheet from the other dealer to the sales rep??? Second how do you appraise the wrong vehicle when the sticker and pics should have been forwarded ASAP to whoever handles the trade appraisals??? Last question I am a manager and handle contracts all day and have one to two members of my mgmt team look over to make sure there are no errors which is a simple fail-safe method. I can't express the disappointment in how this was handled and no attempt to make it right so BE VERY CAREFUL/CAUTIOUS when you work with this dealer!!! More

Poor customer service! If I could give Kia of Orange Park, zero stars, I would. Especially Kelton Powell. I purchased a vehicle six weeks ago. Chris P was my sales person If I could give Kia of Orange Park, zero stars, I would. Especially Kelton Powell. I purchased a vehicle six weeks ago. Chris P was my sales person and at the time my headlights didn’t work Chris and Kelton Powell assured me that they would fix it and bring it in the following Saturday which I did they had my car for over six hours just for them to tell me that it can’t be fixed and it is an electrical issue.( Per Yancy another manager) The state of Florida requires all dealership to sell cars that have working headlights so I was told to come back and speak with yancy because he was not in. Came back the following Saturday. They had my vehicle another six hours and it was not fixed this time. I spoke with Kelton Powell again and also Dennis Justice and they assured me my vehicle would be fixed a part had to be ordered and they would call me once the part was received. Two weeks went by. I never heard anything. I reached out. No response to my email and no call back. I finally spoke with someone in parts, and they told me a part was never ordered. In the meantime, I wasn’t able to speak with Kelton, Dennis or Yancey. They were never in the office supposedly. Today I finally spoke with Chris P and he goes on to say that Dennis and Yancey is no longer there and he had no idea. He then goes on to say that Kelton doesn’t recall the conversation with me and knew nothing about my headlights not working very unprofessional. They lack customer service and Kelton Powell is a liar. They sold me a faulty car and they knew it had issues with the headlights. Now they are refusing to fix it. Buyers beware especially a used car from Kia of Orange Park. More

I have had the pleasure of working with josh on two vehicle purchases-a 2019 Corvette and a 2020 Wrangler Rubicon. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and informative, not to mention entert vehicle purchases-a 2019 Corvette and a 2020 Wrangler Rubicon. Working with Josh was great and both Josh and Kelton at closing did an outstanding job to insure we were satisfied. We are really happy with our KIA EV6 and the top rate service we’ve been given. We are recommending Josh to anyone in the market for a new car. The distance we traveled from Ocala/Crystal River to Orange Park was worth it! More

This was the worst experience with lies, and dishonesty 2/23/2022. I emailed Mr. Kelton Power about my budget and he stated that he could fit me into a car (best part he called me to verify I was coming in 2/23/2022. I emailed Mr. Kelton Power about my budget and he stated that he could fit me into a car (best part he called me to verify I was coming in) and they had many cars according to him and the sales person Will Marks (lies), I was shown a Forte 2019 over my budget which I questioned the sales person about the car he stated "the manager stated this was in your budget" (lies). Then it went to we dont have many used cars or I can show you a Nissan thats dirty (poor quality and customer service) I left feeling these guys are baiting and switching on customers, I was being taking advantage of, lied to and scammed. They pulled my credit, which I was find with that scam, until they saw I qualified for more. Credit vs the customers needs is whats missing with the manager, which leads to dishonesty and poor customer service. Please be honest and fair and dont waste people time. When I left Mr. Kelton/manager did not come to address me he walked out the door and looked the other way (typical of a person misleading customers). This dealership use to have honest people, because I purchased a car many years ago from OP/Kia off Blanding in Jax/Fla. Now, hagglers and lies - maybe it's women that they mistreat, because I felt they were pulling a fast one with incorrect numbers quoted (did add up). Thankfully, I am not in a rush and was able to walk away from the scam. Women please beware and do your research and know your rights! More

Finally this past sunday i asked if he could trade me out of my jeep and put me into a stinger. He said he could. Had him run my credit again he said he can make a deal and needed me up there. Not once would he tell me any details just that he needed me there snd he could make the deal. I even emailed his gm to tell him how Kelton was doing but then I asked him to look into the deal and he went silent. He could not get me in my budget. Glad I did not go. Even tried putting me in a used car. More

I fell in LOVE with a Kia Sorento Hybrid Ex when I test drove it at another dealership, unfortunately, I wasn’t in love with the color. The dealership pretty much told me that’s the only one they have, and drove it at another dealership, unfortunately, I wasn’t in love with the color. The dealership pretty much told me that’s the only one they have, and didn’t offer to try and get me another color. Kelton, from Kia of Orange Park contacted me the next day. I told him I had been to the other dealership in the area to test drive the Sorento and I loved it, but I wanted it in Graphite Grey. Kelton told me they didn’t have it on their lot, but he would check around and get it to me within 24 ho urs. About an hour later, I got a call a call from Kelton. He found the Sorento in Graphite Grey and it would be on the lot in a couple of hours! I drove past the Kia dealership 10 minutes from my house, and drove 45 minutes to Kia of OP and picked up my car that day. I appreciate Kia of OP for going beyond to put me in the car I wanted. Rosemond was excellent, not only did he drive to Georgia to pick up my car, but he answered all my questions, and filled my new car up with gas before I left. Financing was a breeze with Pete Holmquist. They will be the first place I go when I am ready to upgrade to the Telluride. Thank you Kelton, Rosemund and Pete! More
