There were ups and downs within the process but not attributed to the dealership or anyone I worked with. Everybody was great working through any bumps. He was very patient with me as all the new-fangled equipment on the newer cars confounded me. He answered all my questions. The service department was very accommodating and treated me more than fairly. I knew and trusted them from my 15 years having my 2009 serviced there. I am so glad to be driving my new used car and hope I have it as long as my 2009 which I still have. Go Honda! Especially Lundgren of Greenfield. More
