The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the options clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with my decision. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. The team was transparent about pricing, financing, and the vehicle’s details, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that values honesty and customer service. Mom is extremely happy with her new car and grateful for the excellent service we received. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a stress-free buying experience. More

I need to give a huge shout out to Kelsi Bragg. I know when I go to Clearwater Nissan, she will do everything in her power to make my visit pleasant. I was having a terrible day, but she turned it around for me. I went to the parts department and they were amazing as well. Gilberto Matos was all smiles and so helpful and kind! I am 86 years old, my wife and I were in need of a new car, the one we drove was 26 years old, my wife is in bad health and I was afraid this old car would quit on us as we went to doctors appointments ju car, the one we drove was 26 years old, my wife is in bad health and I was afraid this old car would quit on us as we went to doctors appointments just about every day, I walked into the show room of Nissan of Clearwater on November 22, 2025 with checkbook in hand, talked with sales advisor about what I wanted, she showed me new 2025 Altima SV which was what I wanted, we talked about price and at this point she brought in sales manger Nelson and we talked about advertised price and what I was willing to write check for, at this point he said to put check book away and he could get financing thru Nissan and give me $2,000.00 more for trade in and we reached a price of $29,041.00 out the door which was about what I had figured to pay. After waiting a short while I was told financing agent was ready for me, when I entered the room he started to talk about extra warranty and protection I needed, I told him I did not need or want any extra warranty or protection just what came with new car, I was 86 years old and would not be driving long enough to use any extra warranty. Financing agent was Jose Rivera whose desk top with computer built into it, he scanned across the desk top saying sign here, initial here and each time nothing but boxes showed up where he said sign here and initial here, I felt good about things moving along thinking that all this was being financed thru Nissan, never once did Jose say we are financing with someone else. As we finished up Jose gave me a flash drive with all info on it, no paperwork at all, which was find if financing was with Nissan. On December 10, 2025 I received letter from Capital One saying welcome to Capital One Auto financing, I went to Nissan of Clearwater and talked to Jose Rivera after looking at flash drive and found out that he had added on to contract $8,570.56 for extra warranty after I told him I did not want any, this made my pay off with Capital One $38,041.56, contract on flash drive stated that financing was with Wells Fargo not Capital One, in talking with Jose all he could say well we can't help it if Wells Fargo sells loan to Capital One. I was never told that $8,570.56 was being added on to loan or that it was not being financed with Nissan. Since I was going to pay cash for car I added $8,570.56 to the amount I agreed to pay for car which was $29,471.00 and paid off Capital One on December 18, 2025 in the amount of $38,41.56, as of this date December 28, 2025 I am still out $8,570.56 which I am told by Nissan of Clearwater I will get back in 5 to 6 weeks.. On December 26, 2025 I went into Nissan of Clearwater and talked with the Finance Director Miguel Toledo and all he could say well you signed the contract did you not and what do you want me to do, I told him since the contract had errors and was misrepresented to me it was void and I would like for him to rewrite contract and leave off all of the extra warranty on it and add an extra $15,000.00 to my trade in for all they had put me thru, again all he would say that he had spoken with their legal department and once the contract is filled nothing they can do, he did offer me 3 month of gas which amounts to about $100.00, what a slap in the face. I am hoping to keep this from happing to any one else More
