We have had an amazing experience the last two times we have needed to get a new vehicle. He goes above and beyond to find what he knows we are looking for. He finds vehicles in our price range and works with us to find the perfect fit for our family that is in our budget. He was so good with our kids during the whole process and made the normally dreaded car buying experience easy, quick, and smooth. I hope I don’t need another vehicle for awhile (let’s pray for no more accidents), but I know who I will go see in the future when our family needs another vehicle! Our family has now purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership. The last 3 cars we purchased were with Kelsey Nash (2 in Nov. 2023 and 1 in Dec. 2023). The dealership as a whole is clean and well maintained. The service staff is nice and efficient. With regard to Kelsey, he took the time to really work with us on purchasing our cars. He listened to us and did everything he could to make a deal we were comfortable with. After the purchase, Kelsey sat with us in the cars and helped us set everything up with the app along with all the special features of the car that we had questions about. Kelsey has kept in touch even after we had some questions. I highly recommend this dealership, service, and sales department. More
