Update: After I posted my review, Matt the sales manager called me. Said he had to get permission to resolve these issues. That was December 20th(today is the 29th) I've been patient, but that was 9 days ag called me. Said he had to get permission to resolve these issues. That was December 20th(today is the 29th) I've been patient, but that was 9 days ago. What is going on? Absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had. Still waiting to hear back from them. It's pretty bad they haven't tried to make things right. I work in the industry and know how things are supposed to work- this isn't it! More

I have purchased three trucks there now. The first two experiences were great, that's why I've been a repeat customer even though I live quite far away. Different sales experience this time. The first two experiences were great, that's why I've been a repeat customer even though I live quite far away. Different sales experience this time. They let everything fall through the cracks. Truck failed inspection because they didn't check it prior. Another salesman stole the driver floor mat out of my truck along with the foam cup holder inserts out of the front doors. My salesperson then took a floor mat from a different truck, but it has a hump and is deformed making my left foot want to slide under the brake pedal-not sure why the salesperson thought that was acceptable, i want a new properly fitting floor mat that matches like it had when I test drove it. I paid for undercoating to be done, salesperson "confirmed" it was done and the truck was ready to pick up. I was under the truck the next day and there wasn't one ounce of undercoating, they took my money for a service they didn't give me and lied and said it was done, they didn't even bother to clean the undercarriage, never mind applying the undercoating. Still waiting for resolutions for these issues. Would like to hear back from Matt. Now I will have to make multiple trips back and leave the truck there so they can clean it and apply the undercoationg. It was made very clear that I live far away and wanted it all done before I picked up, salesperson lied about it being done and now I have to go back and forth multiple times. No respect for my time whatsoever. More

We spent several hours with our salesperson Kelsey Legeny, looking at a number of makes and models of cars before settling on the one we eventually purchased. Each time, Kelsey showed us several types of each model car, and the numerous trim packages and options available on each model. She was also was very knowledgeable on the interior electronic options, answering all of our questions with easy to understand explanations and demonstrations. We will definitely seek her out when purchasing cars in the future. More

My wife and I bought our car at Imperial Chrysler in Mendon, MA and truly had an easy and pleasant experience. I usually dread this type of thing, but this was a totally positive and low pressure process. We researched several specific vehicles in the area that we wanted to purchase and we made Imperial Chrysler our first stop since we live locally. Kelsey Legeny, our salesperson, was super professional and flexible. She showed us around a 2021 Nissan Armada, explained all the new features and functions in the vehicle and let us take it for a test drive. We loved the vehicle! And when my wife and I sat down with Kelsey to talk about possibly making an offer, we showed her an internet advertisement for that car, and Kelsey and the team at Imperial Chrysler honored it no problem. We didn’t even go to the other dealerships on our list, because this car was the best priced out of all the ones we researched. We also had a great experience with the financing, which is something that I also dread as well. I came in with a pre-approval from a local credit union that I have used before, for a good APR rate, and was planning on using them again. However, we sat down with business manager David Kerr, and after some researching other options, he was able to beat the rate that I received from the credit union by a significant amount. The car we bought came in below what we were budgeting for, and they were so easy to work with. In the past 15 years we have bought 3 cars at an Imperial dealership. They have a lot of cars available, are very low pressure, and easy to work with. We took the new car home and are very happy with it and our experience with Kelsey, David, and Imperial. More
