My mom hasn’t bought a car in 25 years so when she told me she needed help started shopping on line and within mins Kelli called me telling about a car that my mom might like. That one didn’t work for my mom ( she knew what she wanted ) but that didn’t stop Kelli she then searched a found the car of my mom’s dreams for a price my mom could afford. Not only was the car shipped from out of state we drove it before signing anything. That was the best experience I’ve had with dealership in a while and I would highly recommend Kelli at Seth Wadley for all your car needs. Thanks Kelli and Seth Wadley for making us feel part of the family and driving away in our new car. I know from now on that’s the place and person I’ll be dealing with! More

**Title: Horrendous Experience - Avoid Seth Wadley Ford at All Costs!** If I could give a -5 stars that still wouldn’t begin to describe the inconveniences and dissatisfaction I’ve experienced and the u at All Costs!** If I could give a -5 stars that still wouldn’t begin to describe the inconveniences and dissatisfaction I’ve experienced and the unprofessionalism from this dealership. I am utterly disgusted and beyond frustrated with my experience at Seth Wadley Ford. Two months ago, I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a Limited F450 from them, dropping over $80,000 on what I thought would be a reliable vehicle. How wrong I was! Just a month in, the turbo failed catastrophically, xxxxxxx all the oil out of the motor and blowing it out the exhaust. Unbelievably, the truck has been sitting in the shop for over a month now, waiting for someone—anyone—from the warranty company or Seth Wadley to approve and cover the repairs. The total lack of responsibility and urgency in addressing this issue is mind-blowing. To add insult to injury, when the truck was delivered, the front tires were so bald that within a week, I had a blowout. It was glaringly obvious that the truck hadn't been serviced or even looked at before delivery. It seemed as though they took it on trade and handed it over to me without running it through the shop—completely unacceptable and dangerous! Everyone I've spoken with at Seth Wadley Ford gives me the runaround. No one takes ownership of the problem, and there's been no effort to resolve any of the issues. Thanks to their shocking neglect and incompetence, I’ve now lost my $208,000 a year job because this truck, which I bought brand new from them, doesn’t even run! If you value your money, your safety, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Seth Wadley Ford like the plague. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I should not be dealing with any of these problems or coming out of pocket for anything after giving this much money for something only 2 months ago and keep in mind it’s been sitting in a ford dealership shop for 1 of those months waiting on approval of repairs! More
