I would give a zero if I could. When we purchased our vehicle everything went smooth and easy. Now that it’s time to service after the sale, the experience has been terrible. Because of your faulty part, you had to disassemble something and in that process YOU broke it. However, you want me to cover the cost and labor to fix it??
