Kelleigh Congdon and her Service team saved the day! My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned RX 350 last month from another dealer (rated "N/A"), having first looked at Treasure Coast (where we had s My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned RX 350 last month from another dealer (rated "N/A"), having first looked at Treasure Coast (where we had successfully bought two cars previously). Within two weeks the starter seemed sluggish. I took it to Treasure Coast, and Kelleigh and her people diagnosed the entire vehicle as if it were an ER in a hospital. They told me they would never have certified this car, and showed me where there has been significant body damage on the right side of the vehicle – all inexpertly repaired. The front door would not close all the way; right rear door still warped so badly that a piece of trim kept falling off; paint job laughably amateur (to their trained eyes even without a special light); sluggish start caused by corroded battery with a dead cell, so weak even the power steering was nearly inoperable; the CARFAX had no record of any accident. The result? After first trying to persuade me to let them “address the problems and fix the car,” I persuaded the N/A-rated dealership to take the vehicle back, picking it up on a flatbed at its expense, to reverse the sale, and refund my money. Without the timely and accurate information from Kelleigh and her team at Treasure Coast, we might still be driving a lemon with a questionable certification. Hats off to Treasure Coast Lexus and Kelleigh! More
