The price provided to us to buy the car was almost $8,000 higher than the price advertised on the internet and at least 5 categories of additional fees (beyond tax, title, tags and dealer processing) were added (including tow miscellaneous “dealer fees” totaling about $2000. The whole experience was insulting and a waste of time. More

I had a terrible experience at Jerry’s Toyota dealership when I bought a 2024 Toyota Prius XLE AWD. They lied to me, cheated me, and did not honor their promises. They are the most deceptive and dishonest p when I bought a 2024 Toyota Prius XLE AWD. They lied to me, cheated me, and did not honor their promises. They are the most deceptive and dishonest people on earth. First, they tried to charge me $1000 extra as market adjustment, which is a rip-off. I told them I would only buy the car if they waived the market adjustment, but we finally agreed on $500. However, when I was signing the final paper at the finance manager's office, I saw that they still charged me $799 for it. They claimed that was the price we agreed on, which is a lie. Second, they promised to give me the All-Weather Floor Liner Package, which includes both floor liners and a cargo liner. However, when I went back to get the package, they did not give me the cargo liner. They claimed that they only promised the floor liners, which is another lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They will lie to you, make you pay more than what you should, and they will not honor their words. They are unethical and unprofessional. Stay away from them. More

Do not purchase from Jerry's Toyota. I bought a Toyota Certified used car from them, and despite the 160-point checklist supposedly qualifying the car as Toyota Certified, I discovere I bought a Toyota Certified used car from them, and despite the 160-point checklist supposedly qualifying the car as Toyota Certified, I discovered many issues upon delivery that should not have qualified the vehicle as Toyota Certified. These issues include lack of second key, dirty and sticky interiors, sticky windows, melted chocolate in the cubbies, an odor in the interior, puncture in the center console armrest, and loose GPS navigation screen that is shifts when touched and looks like someone tried to repair it with a hack job by inserting something into the gap in the corner of the screen. All these issues should have been caught and addressed based on the 160-point Toyota certification checklist, but they were not. I contacted them the next day to get these resolved, and they told me to bring the car back in to have the issues corrected. After many trips, phone calls, and messages to the director of sales, I finally got a second key. They also "fixed" the puncture in the center console armrest, but unfortunately, the quality of the repair makes it look worse, with a large section of the armrest now discolored and with a different texture. Regarding the GPS navigation screen moving, they told me the bracket inside is broken, so they will not repair it. They even said I broke the bracket, to which I replied how can I break the interior bracket that is behind the screen when the screen itself works fine and is not cracked. I also only had the car less than 12 hours when I told them about the issues. Currently, they are refusing to address these issues. I think it is horrible business to sell a car with the damage and pass it off as Toyota Certified, especially with the price premium placed on Toyota Certification. More

Shady undehanded lies I went to jerrys toyata wanting a car with a nice radio that was it . just to get me to work and home. My bankruptcy was discharged so it was hard to get a good deal. A guy named keith brings me a nissan altima 2016. It test drove great nothing wrong. I bring it homeeverything is fine. I start it up later that night and it makes a loud noise. It doesnt soundright. Besides that come to find out the one thing i really wanted was a radio and it was obsolete and there was a recall on a back strap. I took it backthe next daya saturday but of course the manager wasnt there. So i took it back monday. No they said they couldnt take it back cause i signed the paper work. But really i could and they didnt want to do it. The maitenance guy tells me nissans start up thst way and the loud idle noise is to save gas which is not true. I told them i didnt want the car. They insisted it was mine. They told me they would replace the radio and fix the problems. Why am i having problems on a car i just purchased. Anyway i bring the car home the rpms start fluctuating and the car is jerking around. I take the car back nd once again very dispeased. Tommy says whats the problem that he would take care of everything. I said ok. Jerrys wouldnt void the loan even thougb they could they didnt want too. They said it couldnt be done. Tommy said i needed to put 1500 down then it was 500. I woke up the next morning and thought why doi need to put money down after i put 500 down. I called he said i need nothing. Everything is filled out i asked about the altima he said its has to be a repo. I dont know nothing bout this so i said ok. The finance company calls me bout the car i answer questions and he asked bout my fios bill. Im like what bill. Guess what it was forged. Since i had no proof of residence. Anyway i get another finance company and im told this finance company cant find out bout the other car. Im like ok because i wouldnt have been able to get the car. I was told wait til my first payment. Guess what jerrys or tommy had my car towed from the lot even though i was told to leave it there. I confronted tomny and he denied everything but he said i told you no one can find out bout the car. Do not do businesses with these shady people and i will be getting a lawyer....... More
