My wife and I worked with Christopher Ty and Keith Pratt. They were wonderful! All our questions were answered, if the answer wasn't known, research was done to get it so we were happy. Each time we arrived at the dealership we were greeted immediately in a friendly manner as if we were family. Trading in our vehicle wasn't a conflict at all. We were treated fairly and respectfully.
