I always enjoy my experience at this dealerships service center, but recently I made an appointment to get an oil change and a tire rotation. But when I arrived for my appointment I was told that even thoug center, but recently I made an appointment to get an oil change and a tire rotation. But when I arrived for my appointment I was told that even though I had an appointment it would still be at least a 4 hour wait due to about 60-65 vehicles that showed up without an appointment. So thanks to my service advisor he explained what happened and offered to get me in the next day and would make sure that I was taken care of so I would be on time for work. My only real complaint is that when I got into my vehicle after the service the plastic and the paper over my seat and floor were still present and started to make my vehicle smell like oil. Thankfully once I got to a store I threw those items out and drove with the windows down and the smell went away. More
