I have been to two other Toyota dealerships. By all means Marietta Toyota keeps the win 🥇 for me and my family. The consistency, customer service and time of service and service is superb!!!! Although it would be nice if they offered more coupons. Overall I’m only servicing my car at Marietta Toyota!!! More

Great work, but the wait time is outrageous and unprofessional. Always disappointed with the wait, but the service is good which keeps me coming back. Honestly, if I could rate this zero stars, I would. Had a relatively routine maintenance here. They broke something on the base of the car and caused a good bit of cosmetic damage, which they basically Had a relatively routine maintenance here. They broke something on the base of the car and caused a good bit of cosmetic damage, which they basically 'fixed' with spit and duct tape. They DID offer a free oil change as a 'we're sorry,' but given their damage is hundreds of dollars worth of cosmetic damage and an oil change is $20, I don't feel that covers much. I wouldn't trust them to do a job of ANY kind on a car you actually care about owning. Take your business elsewhere. More

Everything was quick and efficient! They explained in detail everything I needed done to my car regardless if I wanted it done that day or another to keep me in the loop! Everyone was also very kind!
