BUYER BEWARE I came into this dealership looking to sell my truck, they had reached out to me after I put it for sale online. I then brought the truck up at the scheduled appointment and Both the peopl sell my truck, they had reached out to me after I put it for sale online. I then brought the truck up at the scheduled appointment and Both the people I was supposed to meet. We’re already gone for the day. That was the first then after they looked at my vehicle and hooked it up to the computer, they decided to tell me I had ECM on my truck so I was concerned because there was no check engine light on so what I did next was take the truck to my local Chevy dealership since it was under warranty and had it checked by them where they said nothing was wrong with it and showed me that no codes were being brought up by my ECM so The only thing I can come up with is they fabricated a piece of paper that showed error codes in order to try to get me to lower my price on the truck very shady salesman at the dealership I highly recommend going elsewhere I would never recommend this dealership or the people that work there BUYER BEWARE! More

WOW What a Great Place Recently saw a used vehicle online and went to look at the car. They didn't have that car on their lot, but showed us another one very similar. We fell in love with it, but it was a little above our budget. We talked with Kevin, a wonderful salesperson, and worked out a fair deal for both us and the dealership. We were so pleased with the way we were treated that two weeks later our son wanted to buy a car. He went to their website and saw one he liked and we went to the showroom. Again, we explained what his budget was and the car he was interested in. They worked with us again, got him financing at a very fair interest rate and got his monthly payment within his budget. We are very impressed with everyone at Winter Haven Dodge and would highly recommend them to anyone. customer value We took our car in for service, had to leave it. It was stolen from out of their locked service department. They notified us and that was the last of them, the car was finally recovered . Took it back to them to repair and we had to pay all the cost including what was stolen from within the car. Owner was not there and the person in charge, his comment was well it wasn't our fault. That was all they had to say, there is no way I would ever recommend this dealership to anyone. Beware More
