They treated me fairly over the phone and didn't jerk me around at all when I needed to get a quote for a car. I knew exactly what I wanted before I started and they never tried to steer me to anything els around at all when I needed to get a quote for a car. When I walked in the door they used my quote over the phone as a starting point, and then let me negotiate a little bit more off the price to the point where I was happy with the deal.
