My only complaint I wasn't given the payment amount and interest rate until late in the deal. I would like the window sticker. Nobody showed us how to use vehicle. Salesman Keith was a pleasure to work with. I was a bit disappointed in the “thorough” inspection that every used car gets and is charged $1495 to the buyer. The AC Leaked which could visibly be seen with the hood open. Then the transmission went out. Keith stayed on top of the service department and worked with his superiors to find an acceptable solution. While it took a little longer to make happen as I was without a vehicle for 4 days Keith kept on and got me into something else as fast as he could. So I’m not super impressed with the service department but I am super impressed with the great salesman I had. Thank you Keith! More
