The experience for my daughter obtaining her first new car was professional from start to finish. Every person involved was beyond helpful. They took time to explain all aspects. The final delivery wa car was professional from start to finish. Every person involved was beyond helpful. They took time to explain all aspects. The final delivery was incredible as the delivery team member went over the car with her for about 45 minutes explaining all the functionality of the tech and safety systems. There were some small paint flaws on hood and quarter panel that were brought to our attention and already referred to the body shop manager to have it addressed. Wonderful experience More

Bought a new car. Tried to trade in my old car worth $7k on UVIP package. They offered $2k with limited justification with the attitude of take it or leave it. Sold my car as is privately on Facebook in 30 minutes for $5k. Ordered my car with few optional accessories. They delivered my car without all purchased accessories and no one told me about this on delivery. Whole buying process will make you go through so many people. You don’t know who to contact in case of any issues. More
