Refreshing in a world where car buying is often a confusing, time-consuming, and stressful task. My pre-sales and follow-up experience here was better than at any other dealer I’ve worked with in my 50-years of car buying. There are 17 Toyota dealers within 30-miles of my home in Beverly, MA. Walter and team made the entire presales, purchase, and delivery process enjoyable and stress-free. Based on my pre-sales experience I will absolutely drive the extra miles to have this car serviced here rather than at nine other dealers closer to my home. My wife and I enjoy our new ’25 Camry XLE. It has the safety technology we want and its quiet, comfortable and fun to drive. Based on our research we’re confident it will provide years reliability and low-cost-of-ownership. Based on these factors, as well as, the price trade-in value, and relaxing sales process, we’re very pleased with our buying experience. Toyota of Nashua has the worst, most unorganized service department I have ever seen. When I bought my car in Manchester, it took them a week to fix two things that I later found out was more than what they department I have ever seen. When I bought my car in Manchester, it took them a week to fix two things that I later found out was more than what they told me, otherwise, I would not have moved forward with buying the car. After having the 2020 Corolla for 9 months, the whole system including airbags, heating, windshield wipers, headlights, etc. started to malfunction. I made an apt for Thursday 2/1/24. With no updates I called the next evening and they had not even looked at the car. It is now Tuesday 2/6 and they STILL have not looked at my car. I told them I will be there today after work to enable the device in my car so they can work on it and got the okay! But when I got there they told me they don’t have time. I now have to take a day out of work to hold their hand. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOYOTA SERVICE FOR MAINTENANCE! More

Been to service 5 times and my brakes still vibrate. They won’t do anymore for me, I was told by corporate that it leaves the shop working fine. Problem is within 2-3 days the brakes are vibrating aga They won’t do anymore for me, I was told by corporate that it leaves the shop working fine. Problem is within 2-3 days the brakes are vibrating again and the front end shimmies. But they won’t help me, I believe they bandaid whatever the real problem is instead of fixing it because my truck is still under warranty! I have been driving over forty years and want to to trust my vehicle that I just bought in April. But I don’t trust them! More
