I have been in the car business for 6 years now, 5 years here at Luxury Warehouse where customer satisfaction is our first priority. I choose to work here because prior to coming to Luxury Warehouse my wife and I bought several vehicles from Trent here at Luxury Warehouse so I knew they were people I could TRUST, HONEST and STRAIGHTFORWARD with their customers, so I knew I had to be a part of this. Family is very important to me. I have a wife of 30 years, 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren. I love to fish and golf in my spare time. We go to church at Long Hollow Baptist Church. I want my customers to be able to tell their friends and family that they have a car guy they can Trust. I would love to be that guy for you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! I contacted them about a vehicle and their Assistant Sales Manager Keith Hert was extremely rude. I asked him if he could take $600 off his price. He said he couldn’t about a vehicle and their Assistant Sales Manager Keith Hert was extremely rude. I asked him if he could take $600 off his price. He said he couldn’t. I asked if they would still make profit on the vehicle if he took $600 off and He flat out lied to me and said they wouldn’t make any profit. I said you don’t have have to lie to me like that. There’s no way a dealership is going to sell a 26,000 vehicle and only make $600. I asked him if I could speak to the sales manager or owner. He ignored me. I then asked if I could have the name of the owner so I could cal and speak with him. Again he ignored my request. I own my own business and if I had a customer ask to speak with the sales manager and he ignored their request, then the customer asks for the name of the owner so they could call and talk with them and they refused to do this I would most definitely fire that employee. This was very unprofessional and they lost my business. More

I guess in a way, it doesn't really surprise me all that much when I receive a negative review from an individual(s) of this caliber. First and foremost, let me acknowledge and thank the thousands of customers (operative word being customer, which have actually completed transactions with us) which have entrusted us to provide them the professional service and fine product they deserve. Secondly, we truly appreciate the thousands of positive 5-star reviews we have received from these customers over the years. Hence, receiving the Dealer of the Year Award for customer service from DealerRater.com. We also realize that it is virtually impossible to make every single potential customer happy. However, it is interesting that it usually tends to be the individual(s), which never actually purchased a vehicle from us, that tend to invoke the negative connotations and are so quick to blame others for the lack of their success. Also, just so there is no confusion in the context of your complaint, you never purchased a vehicle from Luxury Warehouse North. We offered the vehicle to you, at an already discounted price, but you wanted more discount applied to purchase price, even after asking for our "best price" up front. I repeat, you NEVER bought a vehicle from us. I have taken the time to review all of the texts between Keith Hert, our sales manager, and whomever filed this negative this negtive review (we're not completely sure who it is, as the text were between Keith Hert and a John R. Smith. However, the review appears to have been posted by his wife). It is abundantly clear that Mr. Hert gave this potential customer, more than enough opportunities to purchase the vehicle in reference, at a fair price. Further, all communications from Mr. Hert were pleasant and professionally. In fact, the only time communications were halted, was when the "purchaser" called Mr. Hert a liar. At that point, we were done negotiating. We also would not even consider "firing" Mr. Hert, simply because he performed his duties exactly as we prefer. For the record, we didn't lose a customer here at all. In fact, the only thing lost was the truck you wanted, which was purchased by someone else whom is thrilled with our customer service and the outstanding vehicle they purchased. We are truly sorry that you feel "so mistreated". Maybe in the future you'll realize that when a dealership tells you "that's our best price", you will believe them.

Like I stated you did lie (I asked if you would make profit on the sale with $600 less and you flat out lied and said no you wouldn’t make any profit) When someone can lie straight out like that and they get called a liar it doesn’t “surprise” me that a liar would get upset when they got called out. and also as I stated you completed ignored my request to tell me who the owner was so I could speak with him. That’s unprofessional but again after seeing how you lie to customers then nothing surprises me with this company. I’m glad I didn’t buy it from you guys. Heck if you lie over $600 then there’s no doubt you would lie about mechanical issues with the vehicle. And you saying that I’m not a customer because I didn’t buy a car from you is pointless. You got your review because how you treated us. Rather you agree it not. But hey here’s your 1 star review that you “deserve”.

3 weeks ago, today I purchased a new-to-me car and haven’t looked back since! Keith was so easy to work with! I test drove the car on a Thursday night and signed the papers on Friday morning!
