After serving in the US Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator onboard Submarines for 8 years, I entered the automotive industry in 1992 and have been in a variety of positions since. Currently serving Concordville Subaru as a Finance Manager and couldn’t be happier. I was raised in the small town of Macungie, PA which is in the Lehigh Valley near Allentown. Since joining the Concordville Family, I stopped that daily commute and moved to Malvern. For my passion on Sundays off, I play baseball with the Lehigh Valley Mens Senior Baseball League (Red Sox 50’s and older) and can still hit and throw the ball hard.

After researching that the Foresters were still ranked very high, there was only one place we considered-Concordville Subaru. We called and made an appointment with John Shields; who handled our previous purchase. As expected, John had a firm understanding of the current industry dynamics and he advised correctly. John also had a pronounced understanding of the changes between our current Forester and the 2023s. John alerted us to the arrival of our vehicle and facilitated the start of the paperwork. The process flowed very smoothly. It is a pleasure talking with John, as besides his automotive knowledge he is obviously a very intelligent and polite gentleman.
