My sales journey in the automotive industry began back in 2013 at New Motors, where I helped many find their ideal vehicle. In 2020, I transitioned from New Motors to pursue other opportunities. Most notably I was a full-service repair facilities Shop Manager. This allowed me to deepen my understanding of all aspects automotive. Although I gained invaluable experience during my time away, my heart was always at New Motors. In my career, I take great pride in fostering relationships built on trust and transparency with my customers. Easy process. I appreciated the lack of "fees" and add-on charges on the final cost. Though the cost of additional warranty coverage was a bit expensive. I've always been pleased with New Motors from accompanying my mom when she bought her first Subaru through just purchasing my third Subaru. My sales people have all been great, and most recently accompanying my mom when she bought her first Subaru through just purchasing my third Subaru. My sales people have all been great, and most recently Keith assisted both my husband and I in our purchases. He made the process seemless, and really worked with us with our trade-ins. One of the things I like the most with New Motors is that every time you enter their doors, you see the same faces. There isn't a lot of turnover in staffing from sales to finances to service. Keep up the good work! More

My significant other and I had an outstanding experience with Keith as our salesman at New Motors Subaru in Erie, Pennsylvania. We have been to several dealerships together over the years, but had never had with Keith as our salesman at New Motors Subaru in Erie, Pennsylvania. We have been to several dealerships together over the years, but had never had an experience like this one. Most vehicle salesman are very pushy and want nothing more than to sell you a vehicle no matter the cost. Keith was different in that he truly wanted to help and advise us to make the best possible decision. He treated us with respect and kindness and gave us a feeling of satisfaction. Amanda and I both thanked him for being a real person and friend. Keith is a real person before he is a salesman! I believe that all salesmen should strive to be more like Keith! Thank you very much for giving us the best possible experience that either of us have ever had at a car dealership! More
