A big shout out and thank you to Seattle Hyundai and specifically to Keith and Kevin for their excellent and attentive service two times in the last three weeks. Seattle Hyundai has grown quite a bit si specifically to Keith and Kevin for their excellent and attentive service two times in the last three weeks. Seattle Hyundai has grown quite a bit since I bought my car in 2012 and their service department has grown and become stronger. My car is running well, and I feel confident driving it on a longer trip because of their care. Thanks again, Keith and Kevin and everyone at Seattle Hyundai. More

Not surprisingly I never heard back from “Derek” at Hyundai when I posted the bad review. I made a device appointment and they kept my car for two days and still couldn’t figure out the issue because t Hyundai when I posted the bad review. I made a device appointment and they kept my car for two days and still couldn’t figure out the issue because they couldn’t recreate the 12v dying. After 2 weeks, the 12v again died, so I had my car towed to Hyundai yesterday and they can’t even diagnose it until later this week because they’re busy and I didn’t have a service appointment 🤦🏻♀️ wretched place. Stay away from them!!!!! More

It was 7:45 Monday morning, so I expected to be greeted by a grumpy sleepy service dept guy, but instead: Keith Fernando, service guy extraordinaire. Why extraordinaire? First, Monday morning. He was so ni by a grumpy sleepy service dept guy, but instead: Keith Fernando, service guy extraordinaire. Why extraordinaire? First, Monday morning. He was so nice! and so efficient! and so NOT monday morning! Second: he explained what they were going to do and why and I realize he was probably supposed to do that, but he was so pleasant about it, it really was great. And third: he called like he said he would and let me know when it was ready--may seem like a normal thing but in my experience it is not all that standard, so I appreciated it. Everyone there was in a seemingly good mood--so helpful on a Monday morning. More
