Dana Ford service depart has been giving me the run around for 10 days now about my vehicle. I made an appointment for my vehicle because while driving the vehicle would jerk and I would feel this kick around for 10 days now about my vehicle. I made an appointment for my vehicle because while driving the vehicle would jerk and I would feel this kick each time. So I called made the appointment for August 7, 2024. ( Under extended warranty) loaner car was supposed to be provided after car is diagnosed) August 10th return to dealership to pick up loaner. Service employee JT, states the car has been assigned a mechanic yesterday (August 9,2024) we should have a diagnosis by Monday(August 12,2024). Hy husband ask so we cannot get a loaner car until then because you stated it would be a couple days before the truck wound diagnosed. JT then rudely states well this is not a jiffy lube where you just in and out like that. At that point I just say to my husband let’s just call back on Monday. Well needless to say I’m still here with a diagnosis and no loaner car… paying for Ubers because JT states he still has to talk to his manager Kieth Curran about a loaner car that I should get after a diagnosis…. But he said he would call back in 2 hours with an answer.. that was at 12:29pm today August 16,2024 More
