I bought the truck new from them a year ago, typically buy a new one every 2 to 3 years. They were closer to my house and I gave them a shot. I paid a little too munch, but that’s on me. I set an appointment to get a few things fixed, but was told it would be a week when I got there. I’m not sure why that was not disclosed prior to my arrival. Pretty simple fix and I even told them what was wrong with the transmission code. They said the mechanic recommended a transmission flush @ 25k miles even though the fine engineers at Chevy say 40k. There is actually a bulletin on what needed to be fixed, but they insisted that that wasn’t the issue. After the transmission flush didn’t work, they did the fix I suggested. I had them change the oil, but they didn’t put any windshield washer fluid in it. It was a pretty high dollar oil change not to get any of the extras. So after them having my truck over 2 weeks I got it back with 2 pretty simple fixes and an oil change. The only positive was the young lady that I dealt with during the process. She seemed to be stuck with bad mechanics and some tall tells. I truly believe that this is my first bad review I ever done online, but that should let anyone know to be aware. More
