Asked dealer to identify the cause and the cost to repair a dtc code for transmission. I informed service advisor transmission was shifting improperly to check it out. When I picked up the vehicle I was told a dtc code for transmission. I informed service advisor transmission was shifting improperly to check it out. When I picked up the vehicle I was told that the tech erased the code and relearned the transmission and all was fixed. The code was back and the poor shifting before I got home. After complaining to head of the service department the did refund me the money I paid for this non service. In fairness the other problem I brought the car in for an alarm going off all the time was repaired with a new module installed More
