The dealership probably needs to enhance their communication methods. They had my car all day and told me they would update progress at 12pm I didn’t get any updates until 2pm and it was a video m communication methods. Then they let me use their shuttle but didn’t tell me it wouldn’t be available after a certain point in time. 3pm my car was ready and the shuttle was already unavailable. They ordered me an uber which I waited for thirty minutes and called the dealer back to find out that the uber was canceled. They ordered another one and I finally got a ride back to the dealership. They also never filled my tires like I asked so the light was still on my dash and they also said they’d wash my car and never did. More

Service adviser was helpful and able to adjust to get the tire in. I was surprised service tech didn’t put spare tire on after finding object in side wall tire or even putting air in tire. This was the first tire in. I was surprised service tech didn’t put spare tire on after finding object in side wall tire or even putting air in tire. This was the first appointment. On 2nd appointment after new tire put on . I was surprised to see new tire pressure at 34 and all other tires at 24. Since I just left gas stations to air up damaged tire less than 2 miles away. All other tires were at 30 when I got to dealership. Truly surprised service tech didn’t do a better job each time on making sure all tires were good since weather conditions were minus zero the entire weekend. For tires next time around I will look at other options.live and learn. More
