We had gone to three other dealerships before hand and had awful experiences. It was exactly the type of dealership experience you feared. After stopping at Kelley Jeep we were greeted by a super friendly front desk staff and then paired with Dave Strazzere. Dave was fantastic. He was honest, did not push, gave us honest answers to our questions and actually allowed us to make the decision best for our family. He was so helpful and wonderful, and extremely patient. But everyone was amazing. The manager, the finance guy. We never felt like we were being pushed. I walked away with a beautiful Jeep. I highly recommend Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield. More
