I wanted to buy the 2021 Kia Forte in Black and I am being Currently being discriminated against. 8/9/2022. I wanted to buy a Forte and I came in with my OWN financing AND I declined their offer of an being Currently being discriminated against. 8/9/2022. I wanted to buy a Forte and I came in with my OWN financing AND I declined their offer of an extra 4K on a car warranty. Now I'm being told the the Imaginary "Kia Dealership" is "holding" the title and they have "NO IDEA WHY" and that I'll just have to sit here without a vehicle and wait for whenever the "Kia Dealership" decides to send it, but again wait! How did this dealership acquire The Car in the first place? AND listed it online for sale along with over 20 photos over several internet platforms if they HAVE NO TITLE for this vehicle? They sent over a purchase agreement and I also insured THE CAR IN MY NAME ALREADY. Besides writing a letter to the Business Bureau, Should I hire an attorney. It's not even about the car it's about people taking advantage of others and this economy and not be held accountable. More

You guys absolutely wasted my time! We drove 45 minutes with gas at $5.19/gal just for your sales manager to tell us someone had merit on the van over us because she drove 2 hours away We drove 45 minutes with gas at $5.19/gal just for your sales manager to tell us someone had merit on the van over us because she drove 2 hours away to test drive it. This was at 12:15pm, and we spoke to you at 11:30pm to tell you that we were on our way, never did you mention this. Then your sales manager proceeds to tell us that we could test drive it, but this van was already set for sale. This was unprofessional, waste of my time and frustrating. I wish I could take more action, but since I can’t, I will be leaving your company a terrible review. Please practice communication, honesty, courtesy and professionalism moving forward. Be blessed and practice better business practices. More
