Fantastic buying experience and customer service I had a pleasant buying experience with my C300 purchase at this dealership. This was the fastest and most efficient car buying experience I have e I had a pleasant buying experience with my C300 purchase at this dealership. This was the fastest and most efficient car buying experience I have experienced in my lifetime. The Sales Associate (Kaushal Shah) took his time to diligently understand the various options that I was looking for and searching all the inventory countless times to find the car I needed, which was a difficult task at hand. After understanding my target price and what I was most interested in, Kaushal was able to find me a perfect car that I could buy. It was one of the loaner cars at the dealership which had some miles on it but had most of the options that I was looking for. He diligently walked me through all the options in the car before I left the dealership, the entire experience of car buying was completed in less than 5 hours from start to finish, which was hard to believe. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get into a Mercedes Benz to get an efficient, no nonsense, car buying experience and service. More

The Negative comments written by others, must be a falsehood... These people did not pressure me into the sale , they could not be any nicer and HONEST ! Thats right and honest salesperson named Kausahi Shah! The Manger a very tall and extremely kind person named Bill Straus , took time and check on the deal to make sure we were happy with the deal. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews, they are not true i am actually buying a 2nd auto from MMB. MB C300 Custom Order I have had a couple MB’s before and after a 12 year retreat driving company cars for 10 of those years I am finally back. I started researching vehicl I have had a couple MB’s before and after a 12 year retreat driving company cars for 10 of those years I am finally back. I started researching vehicles about 6 months ago. I just did not have any emotional connection with any until I started looking at the MB C300. Kaushal was very informative with all my questions and concerns. If he was uncertain about something he took the time and effort to get me the correct information. Nothing I dislike more than someone giving me incorrect information if they are uncertain just because it’s the easy way out. I am a car enthusiast and especially so when it comes to MB’s because they are my absolute favorite so I was very impressed with his knowledge of the C300 because I am generally more knowledgeable about the cars than most of the sales consultants. He was very responsive, returning all my emails the same day sometimes in minutes. He is friendly, courteous, honest, sincere, trustworthy and very professional. These are the qualities you want and need in a sales consultant.When a sales consultant is willing to sacrifice his commission to ensure that you make the correct decisions and you are happy with you purchase by placing your needs before himself, now that’s something you don’t see in this industry. I visited many other dealerships and decided on MB of Morristown. Everyone has the product but it's the customer service that makes the difference. Kaushal is the real deal, he knows how to cater to his customers. Not just me, I also observed how he interacted with other customers If you are ever in the market for a MB, you cannot go wrong with MB of Morristown and Kaushal. lousy service first the positives- 2 yrs ago I bought a GL- the price was good, but the sales guy seemed ok-- but end of the day, the price was good. now that is w first the positives- 2 yrs ago I bought a GL- the price was good, but the sales guy seemed ok-- but end of the day, the price was good. now that is where it ends. i am up for renewal. they won't call you to remind that you can buy 4-6 months in advance because MB always has deals. Last year when i bought my S class, they would not return my calls- it would be good if they called me and said they cannot sell a S class because they do not have the volume or the color in S class. the worst part of the experience was when I went 2 weeks back- the sales guy gave the usual pitch how the GL is best seller and they don't have many. he showed me 2 that met my specs- but one was on hold as they were waiting for a call back. and magically another demo car - designo white on white GL just came in. he was nice enough to show me the car! and then called me in the evening with a price to lease. I told him let us put a hold and i would come next day and buy it- at a price that works for both of us- he calls me (or actually texted me) saying that someone sold the car. first of all- extremely unprofessional when you hold a car for someone and then you sell the car i put a hold to someone else. that is inconsistency. secondly, you do not pull in a policy saying dealership does not have a policy to hold cars. overall- extremely unprofessional and inconsistent. They need to train their sales guys to be more relationship builders- the sales guys seem uptight and try to remain esoteric. going to Rallye motors in long island or princeton MB is better- they are at least more friendlier and make it a more pleasant experience. after all you are buying a 100K car! More
