I had done what I needed so that was good. I had an appointment to just get new tires nothing else. But my negative experience though was I had an appointed time scheduled and it still took 3 I had an appointment to just get new tires nothing else. But my negative experience though was I had an appointed time scheduled and it still took 3 hours to get my tires put on. Then when I started driving I saw that all my tire pressures were all over the place, ranging from the low 30s to the high 40s. So I had to adjust them all when I got home. So my point is yes the work got done that I need but I was disappointed by the time it took and the attention to detail was not there. More

Simple. Upfront, friendly and quick. Kaua was very customer service oriented. I was impressed with how she handled her workload. I felt lucky to have her as Upfront, friendly and quick. I came in for an oil change and decided to have my car aligned as well. It took 3 hours and 1 of those hours my car was just sitting in the parking lot. This is the first time this has happened but I wasn aligned as well. It took 3 hours and 1 of those hours my car was just sitting in the parking lot. This is the first time this has happened but I wasn't happy about. After 2 hrs, and noticing my car had been sitting there for at least 30-45 minutes, I went in to ask a why my car was sitting in the parking lot and to see if the alignment had been done, I was told it would take 15 min. It took an additional 45-60 min. Not the best experience this time. I'm not sure what the hiccup was. More

Very friendly staff. ..BUT the dealership's business plan needs to focus on capturing relations with the customers. I was told that I my vehicle needed attention. I wan ..BUT the dealership's business plan needs to focus on capturing relations with the customers. I was told that I my vehicle needed attention. I wanted to get a second opinion by contacting my very trusted mechanic and he was concerned that the dealership was charging $1000 for something that he could have helped with under $600. If dealership wants a sustainable business, don't over charge. It's a very simple concept. Keep the business as a "1 stop" shop not chase your customers away to somewhere else. More
