Terrible service. I Will never go back to Orem Toyota!!! I drove 2.5 hours for the 5k mile service and replace a tire pressure sensor. It took 9 hours. I had done what I needed so that was good. I had an appointment to just get new tires nothing else. But my negative experience though was I had an appointed time scheduled and it still took 3 I had an appointment to just get new tires nothing else. But my negative experience though was I had an appointed time scheduled and it still took 3 hours to get my tires put on. Then when I started driving I saw that all my tire pressures were all over the place, ranging from the low 30s to the high 40s. So I had to adjust them all when I got home. So my point is yes the work got done that I need but I was disappointed by the time it took and the attention to detail was not there. More
