After coming to a reasonable deal and deciding to purchase the vehicle we had to turn in our rental car across the street. Muhammad offered to let us leave our luggage in his office after he helped us carry it in. Which by the way we drove 5 hours to get to this dealership for this specific car. I have had issues with this vehicle, one in which my truck was in Lexington Kentucky for 33 days. I got no help from GMC with a loaner or the cost of renting a van to get home. I also had to pay 900$ to get my truck delivered to my home. Had issues the day after I got it back. I had all but given up on GMC. Your service department is Top Notch. I purchased my new Sierra from Southern because of the confidence and trust I have for them. As for the sales staff Katrina greeted my wife and I promptly and was very courteous. Our salesman Adam was fantastic to work with and was very knowledgeable. GREAT GUY. More
