Was a great experience, found the vehicle I wanted online and did all the normal activities that would make you sit for hours at a dealership but at home and once I got a call that a deal was good to go I ju and did all the normal activities that would make you sit for hours at a dealership but at home and once I got a call that a deal was good to go I just went in test drove the vehicle and signed the paperwork. Awesome, professional and friendly staff! Greg, Katie, and Sheldon. Katie was an excellent salesperson answering all my questions and keeping me well informed through the sale. Greg and I go way back and as manager he does an awesome job running the used car dept. Sheldon was very nice and informative making the closing process smooth and fast. The variety, quality, and prices are the best in the area and that’s why I’ve been a regular customer of James Wood for over 20 years. The facility is very clean and the hail tents are such a great item providing protection and shade. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending James Wood to my family and friends. More
