No is not acceptable for people Buying a car was great up until I had to do paperwork. After being pushed and pushed to buy different packages and saying NO the finance person went t Buying a car was great up until I had to do paperwork. After being pushed and pushed to buy different packages and saying NO the finance person went to run my credit card for my down payment. I could hear her talking to her coworkers saying, “I hope the b*tches car breaks down.” Although I would have liked to walk out at that point, I had spent so much time there and did not want to start the process over elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealership and would offer that when someone declines, wait until they have left before you speak of them that way this person did of me. More
