Scott Smith was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable and experienced, and never minimized our concerns and questions. Buying a new car can be intimidating because it’s a big investment, bu knowledgeable and experienced, and never minimized our concerns and questions. Buying a new car can be intimidating because it’s a big investment, but Scott clearly explained the models we were interested in along with the advantages and disadvantages of each. He stuck to our desired budget and didn’t pressure us into doing something we didn’t want to do.
