Kathy Ottmer, my service writer is the BEST, I have been coming to her there for decades, I know my vehicle will be properly taken care of of by the mechanic working on it, starting with the multi point check, everything will checked, and you will be advised of of any recommendations and if something needs immediate care of. Kerry Monica Jr, is a great person - employee to represent and work at Lester Glenn Service. He and Kathy and Ekaterina are people person, friendly, personable, and all the others employees, like the Receptionists, Sydney, Linda are the best as well.
