Will never visit this dealership again! I purchased a CPO vehicle from Volvo Cars Princeton about 18 months ago but did not leave a review at the time even though the delivery process was I purchased a CPO vehicle from Volvo Cars Princeton about 18 months ago but did not leave a review at the time even though the delivery process was less than ideal. Now that I just traded in that vehicle, I found out that I was misled about the extended warranty, I feel the need to leave a review. I will start with the three issues that I had with the delivery of the vehicle 1) it was a plugin hybrid but was not charged when I picked it up (not a big deal but you need to do better), 2) when I extended the thigh extensions on the front seats I found both seats with a tremendous amount of crumbs that had not been cleaned (again not the end of the world but you have to do better), and 3) the worst part of the delivery process - when picking out the car I noticed that one of the seatbelts was damaged and unusable. I was told that they did not have the replacement seat belt prior to pick up and had to bring the car back. The first time I bring the car back (I also live 1 hour away) I am told that they had the wrong part. So I have now wasted my morning. A few weeks later I am about halfway back to the dealership when I get a call from the service department telling me the new part is the wrong color. Finally, the third time when the part is sent to the Bridgewater Volvo dealer, I finally get my usable seatbelt about 2 months after buying the car. And that brings us to the extended warranty. As it was explained to me at the dealership you can extend the warranty out to 10 years and if you trade in the car you would get your money back if you didn't use it. I was not made clear that the extended warranty starts the day you drive off the lot. If that was made clear I would never have taken that coverage as the car that I bought still had almost 3.5 years left on the warranty and would have decided on an extended warranty when the existing warranty was coming to an end. I feel that the way that it was presented did not allow me to make an informed decision. It ended up costing me a bit more than $500 so I hope it was worth it for the dealership as they have lost a customer for life (I have just purchased 2 new Volvos in the last month). More

Between Mike (GM) and Kathy (Sales), they will take as much time as you need to assist you in your vehicle purchase. Our 1st XC60 had a small issue that should not be happening. Mike was a man of his word and took the vehicle back, no questions asked. Because of that honesty, I purchased not one but 2 more XC60’s. Recently I wanted to upgrade one of them to a XC90. Mike and Kathy said that it might take a while to find one that has the options I was looking for. It took over 6 months but a call came directly from Mike, my XC90 was found and it would fit into my budget. I could not be happier. If you are in the market for a vehicle, look at Volvo and give Princeton Volvo a call. More

I wanted to thank you for truly representing a premium automotive brand. For over 30 years of buying and selling vehicles, we never felt so welcoming in a dealership. Assistant General Manager, Mike Batta automotive brand. For over 30 years of buying and selling vehicles, we never felt so welcoming in a dealership. Assistant General Manager, Mike Battaglia and Sales Ambassador, Kathy Evans took their time to understand what my wife and I were looking for and found the perfect vehicle: 2018 XC60 Inscription. Even though this was not a brand new vehicle, it did not matter. The whole sales process was seamless and straightforward. None of the going back and forth and spending countless hours working out the deal like we had at other dealerships. One night Mike and Kathy spent as much time as we needed and got to know us better. Mike lives in the same area that we do, so most of the night we were talking about local restaurants. We feel this was not just to sell us a vehicle but just to make sure we are making the right decision and feel welcomed as family. Making us feel like family and not just a customer, goes a long way with us. So much so, that two weeks later, we put together a second deal for the same vehicle just a different color. I am sure they does not happen often. We are now proud owners of 2 2018 XC60 Inscriptions. Looking forward to years of driving these amazing vehicles. We should have came to Volvo years ago. More
