Mikala was a wonderful sales person. She tried her hardest. It should not have taken nearly a month to fix a little dent and put an antenna on. Also when I received the car I noticed the grill was pushed in and I had to crawl under and push it back into place. I won’t buy a used car from Jim Butler Kia if it needs work done to it. More
