I was able to negotiate a fair price but had to threaten to leave twice. I understand buying cars involves a lot of haggling but was not happy with their first offer. But my sales rep Katherine was great. She quickly responded to all my texted questions before the visit and even created a video overview of the car inside and out. And she has offered more videos to further explain any features of the car. Tip: Don’t buy a car at dinnertime. I was more than anxious to get home after the process. More

I appreciate the dealership working with me over the phone to make a deal on a car and minimize the time I had to spend at the dealership.
