I have no complaints about the dealership, its the car itself and the design of the back up camera. It will go in and out as it is looking for a place to park or something.. the sensor is way off and it itself and the design of the back up camera. It will go in and out as it is looking for a place to park or something.. the sensor is way off and it makes a loud noise, it is annoying as you are driving in drive mode, the camera is still searching for something, MB states that is the way they designed it to do.... its a back up camera, it should not be in use as you drive forward. Shame on you MB for not addressing the annoyance. I had the car in for service already, however it did not fix the issue. More

After failing the smog check twice, I took my E430 Mercedes to Fletcher Jones for inspection. Katelyn Troung was my advisor. She was very helpful all along and went over all the details with me, Mike Swistak, the shop foreman worked extensively on my car. Finally, my car passed the smog check on the last expiration date and I got my renewal sticker. I want to thank Ketelyn and Mike for an excellent job done.
