I just purchased a new Outback and had the best purchase experience I could have asked for! From the time I walked in the door I felt welcome and comfortable by all the friendly and professional staff. My c experience I could have asked for! From the time I walked in the door I felt welcome and comfortable by all the friendly and professional staff. My consultant was Steve Neely and he was right on top of everything from the get go. He was very knowledgeable and patient but not one bit pushy. Steve was very hands on through the entire process. Undoubtedly the best sales consultant I have had with any car dealership. I now have confidence that the Lou Fusz Subaru family will be there for anything I need. Stop stressing and give Steve a visit...he will be glad to help! More

We purchased a new Ascent from Randy and he was a fantastic salesperson! He is friendly and very knowledgeable with many years experience selling cars. He helped us even after the sale with something important regarding our trade vehicle. He made purchasing a pleasure. We began the purchase process first online and requested a quote. Kate Eagan responded very quickly with a quote and beat another dealership in the area with price and response time. The other area dealership waited 3 days to respond to our request. She answered several questions in a very timely manner. We were then referred to Randy at the dealership to complete the sale in person. We are very happy with this dealership and the overall buying experience. More
