I have always hated the process of buying a vehicle, but buying from George Brown and Leith Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh changed that! I have had very bad experiences with car dealerships, so I am very critical of sales and service. Kassandra is my service manager, and she is great! I worked with Jake on the financial end of things, and he made it all very easy. He helped me find the extended warranty that worked best for me. Everyone I've come in contact with at this dealership has been both professional and personable. George came highly recommended, and he certainly lived up to his reputation! I appreciate his knowledge, care, and concern.
