I have always hated the process of buying a vehicle, but buying from George Brown and Leith Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh changed that! I leased my GLC300 from George ~ three years ago and just recently purchas buying from George Brown and Leith Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh changed that! I leased my GLC300 from George ~ three years ago and just recently purchased it. He made the process seamless. He was never pushy. I felt like I was working with a good friend. I have had very bad experiences with car dealerships, so I am very critical of sales and service. Kassandra is my service manager, and she is great! I worked with Jake on the financial end of things, and he made it all very easy. He helped me find the extended warranty that worked best for me. Everyone I've come in contact with at this dealership has been both professional and personable. George came highly recommended, and he certainly lived up to his reputation! I appreciate his knowledge, care, and concern. I'll stop in and say hello when I come in for service; but I love this vehicle so much, I may drive it until it falls apart . . . and with a Mercedes-Benz, I hear that could be forever!!!!! More

Hurricane Help I just wanted to let you know how very grateful I am for the help that Kassandra and Shawn gave us last week prior to the hurricane. I contacted t I just wanted to let you know how very grateful I am for the help that Kassandra and Shawn gave us last week prior to the hurricane. I contacted the local Mercedes dealer in Wilmington NC for help after a fault developed on our Sprinter Satellie Truck. They told me it was nothing to worry about and sent me away even after I was concerned about the limited restarts that could come into play. The following morning the message appears on my dashboard and I called your dealership for help. Kassandra got right on the case and had Shawn standing by with the parts in order to get us back in the road. The worry of covering the hurricane was bad enough never mind having to be concerned that I only had a limited number of engine stop start cycles remaining. I drove out to Raleigh from Wilmington and was back operational for the following days news coverage. I can’t thank her and Shawn enough for their professionalism and excellent service to CBS News.
