So needless to say I've dealt with many car dealerships sales people etc. At Ken Grody Ford I had Jeremy France from the start of this process being that I'm 500 Miles away pictures, speaking on the phone and texting was how we worked together. Let me just say I would never buy another Ford from anyone but Jeremy and Ken Grody. Jeremy and the staff were fantastic (Samantha Grody in Finance was amazing as well). During the process Jeremy was working with me even on his days off as was Samantha. I am thinking about opening an office in Newport Beach (not in the car business) So Ken look out I may try and steal him from you. If you looking for a Ford Vehicle do yourself a big favor and ask for Jeremy and Samantha. More
